MORNING STORMS

The thunderstorms rolling through this morning created a great picture opportunity for Stan Williams.  He took this picture on I-90 near Kingsville, OH.

THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A WIND
ADVISORY Until 3PM for Erie and Ashtabula Counties, and until 6PM for Chautauqua and Cattaraugus Counties.
SOUTHEAST WINDS OF 20 TO 30 MPH WITH OCCASIONAL GUSTS GREATER THAN
50 MPH WILL CONTINUE INTO THE AFTERNOON HOURS. WINDS WILL BECOME
MORE SOUTHERLY AND DIMINISH LATER THIS AFTERNOON.

STILL NOT A RECORD BREAKER

As of midnight, we still stand four inches away from the “Snowiest Season On Record”.  We picked up 1.4″ yesterday, which takes our seasonal snow total to 145.1″.  Close, but no cigar!

Mike Wheeler, a music teacher at Northwestern Elementary School, captured a great picture of the International Space Station from Alboion Borough Park last night!  According to Mike’s time, this picture was taken at 8:07PM.  The International Space Station was passing over our area around 8:10PM, NASA time.
